What do I need to do to have my existing closet upgraded using one of your closet organizer solutions?
First, call us to arrange an in-home consultation. We will meet with you, at your convenience, to discuss your needs and present you with a variety of options. We take all the measurements of your closet and help you choose the right system and accessories to best suit your needs and decor. A short time later we will contact you and arrange a convenient time for our installers to install your new closet system.
I am currently building a new home / doing a house renovation, at what stage would you be able to assist us with planning the closets?
We can certainly do preliminary closet designs, based on construction plans, to give you an idea of layout and cost. However, we would require a site visit once drywall has been installed to finalize measurements and adjust the design if needed.
How long does it take from the time my order is placed until my new closet organizer is delivered and installed in my home?
It takes approximately 3 to 4 weeks from the time your order is placed until your customized closet organizer is installed. Special order items may require more time. This will be discussed with you when your order is placed.
What is the payment schedule and payment options?
Our systems are affordable, however since they are a custom-made system designed specifically for your space, we do require a 50% deposit at the time of ordering. The remaining balance will be collected by our installers the day your closet is installed. We accept cheques or money orders made payable to The Closet Design Studio Ltd.
If I change my requirements later, can your closet systems be adjusted to accommodate my future needs?
Yes. Our systems are fully modular and use connectors that can be adjusted using only a screwdriver. This design allows all shelving configurations to be altered should your storage needs change. We also so offer a broad range of accessories that can be added to your closet system now or in the future.
